Colonel ChampionTravis Honored During Jamestown Bicentennial - 1807

Colonel Champion Travis was honored during the 1807 Bicentennial of Jamestown.While this is not a genealogical query, I would appreciate ANY information about what happened during his time of being honored, the events during that anniversary,and the ball held at the Travis mansion that evening.

I am trying to create a program covering this Bicentennial of Jamestown, Colonel Travis, and other Revolutionary War vets who attended.
