Hi Kathryn

I have more or less finished my research on my Patton ancestors. If I can be of any help just ask. I think you must mean John P and Eliz T who married 1760 (not 1860). John Patton was born in 1736 and died in 1799. His wife Elizabeth nee Trattles was born in 1739 and also died in 1799 within a short space of each other. They had nine children. I have no details of a daughter Elizabeth. They had a daughter Ann who was born in 1765 who married a William Simpson. Ann and William had a son John (Simpson) who died and is also burined with his grandparents John and Elizabeth. I have a tremendous amount of information about the Pattons. I will have a look and see who Elizabeth born 1765 is. I am sure she will be descended from the above in someway. (It is possible that I have missed a child). Its good to speak to someone who has a interest. kind regards Maxine
