English of 849 Wish I had more facts. This is somethign my dad told me. The family split Salem after being accused of being witches. Half (?) went north into Maine (where one (male?) married a Passamaquoddy (female?) ), and half went south to South Shore. All I know right now. WIsh I had more for you.
