Gentlefolk, My dad often told me that I had a Trask ancestor that married a Passamaquody indian. The way he described it, the family departed in a hurry form Salem during the witch trials, and some headed north into Maine (others toward the South Shore of Massachusetts). As the Passamaquody live up that way, I assume that there could be some truth to it. Does anyone know of any of our relatives that this might have been? Or is he just telling me a big story?
