I have been tracing maternal ancestry and have it as far as my gg grandfather and have run into a few stumbling blocks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
John Trapp - born 1844, Pittsburgh, PA
Wife: Mary - born 1845 in Massachussets (looking for maiden name)
Children: Margaret, Kate, John, Mary
Mother: Catherine - born 1820, Germany (looking for maiden name)
Father: Name unknown - born unknown, Germany (looking for name and birth date)
Any information beyond that would also be very helpful.
