I feel that Jeremiah, James, Daniel, William and Toliver Trapp are all brothers and their mother is Elizabeth. I don't have proof proof of this, but I've had a phone conversation with A.G. Campbell and he feels also that they are brothers since one had went to Floyd Co for a little while.
Also with talking to another cousin from the Cole side, we have looked at the clues for Toliver Trapp and it seems that they are connected. In 1840 Cass Co GA, Elizabeth Trapp has males in the household that would be the right age for Toliver(1824), Daniel(1818) and William (1bt 1800). Jeremiah and James are listed close to Elizabeth. Elizabeth seems to be widowed by 1830, so she's the head of household. In 1850, Toliver's in Carroll Co GA, James and Daniel is in Paulding Co Ga and Jeremiah in Floyd Co GA. Toliver married Sarah Cole in 1844 Carroll Co GA and at one time moved to Floyd Co GA, since one of their children were born in Floyd. Toliver died in 1864 and Sarah moved to Paulding Co GA. My cousin had told that James Trapp was power of attorney for Sarah for Toliver's CSA pension. Toliver, William and Jeremiah all seemed to have been together when their unit were mustered in Floyd Co GA.
I haven't found out who the father is of these boys or h/o Elizabeth. Some think it's William Trapp.
Also, I believe you had replied to a post of mine about James Thomas Trapp and his son James Thomas Trapp. I think that his son was called 'Thomas' to seperate bet. father and son. My info on the James Thomas name came from a cousin that gave me what she had when I first started my family research. That was 7 years ago.
