From what I know James was married twice first to Catherine CONNOR and from that marriage Richard born 22.12.1857 and John born 1.6.1851
James married secondly to Ellen O'Shea on 7.2.1863 and from that marriage was born:
1)Martin b 20.1.1864
2)Johanna b 20.2.1866 emigrated to St Louis Mo 1905 to her uncle John
3)Mary b20.3.1868 and died 29.5.1868
4)Catherine b17.4.1869
5)Ellen b 16.9.1871
6)Mary b 20.7.1873
7)James b 25.8.1875 emigrated to St Louis Mo 1905 to his uncle John
8)Bridget b17.3.1878
9)Julia b 23.1.1881
10)Patrick b 4.3.1883
11)Thomas b 27.1.1884
12)Elizabeth b 25.10.1885
13)Michael b4.10.1890
James was the son of Richard Trant and Johanna O'Sullivan. Richard died on 15.1.1870
