I think that perhaps your Isaac is the son of Abraham Transue b. 1757 and his wife, Sophia Catherine Bender. The first Abraham in America (born June 6, 1731) married Maria Magdalena Long (Lang). They had twelve children. As I understand it, all Transues (Transous) in this country are descended from the twelve children of Abraham and Maria.
There twelve children were:
Elias born 1756

John Philip born 8/20/1758
* Jacob born 1759
Melchoir born 2/9/1761
John born 1762
Anthony born 1764
Henry born 1766
Isaac born 1768
Magdalene or Mary Magdalene born 1772
Catherine born 1774
Peter born 1777
** I am fairly certain that you are decended from Abraham the 3rd. His son, Isaac, married Christina Margaret Fehr on March 24, 1812. Sophia's birthdate would fit with the date of their marriage. Your Isaac died in 1825.
