My name is Thomas Smith I live at Peggs Ok. I am enrolled by Dawes Commission #13979.
In 1851 I was living in Going Snake District. I never drew old settler payment but I drew immigration money. My mother name is Lucy Smith. My Indian name is A-lah-Di. My oldest brothers name is Joe Smith. I had a brother We-Le, I had a sister Ka-ty, Polly, Wa-Ke (Peggy), Emmeline. I remember drawing Immigation money myself. My father went to Ft. Gibson to get money and stayed there several days, helping to identify others, he came out with the immigrates and acted as interpreter. He was a full blood Cherokee. My father name was Flee or Flying Smith. My mothers name was Lucy Smith.
I had the following brothers and sisters, Joseph, Caty, Polly, Ah-Yo-Kah, Peggy and Emmeline and ahalf brother William. See G. S. 29. Group #1751
