Thank you Elsie. I think the dating might be just when individual parishes started keeping records. The Anglican Church was in England.
Where did you see the record for Ninian in 1692? The Ninian I spoke of was living in Maryland at that time. I read somewhere that he had been called a Covenanter but so many myths have been attributed to him. Tom
