One of Patrick Trail's deeds at Prince William County in 1739 was witnessed by Alexander Bell/Beall of Prince Georges County,Md. Jacob Gibson, brother in law to Patrick Trail, is believed by Gibson forum to be brother of Richard Gibson Jr. who migrated from Virginia where he was born in Stafford County across the Potomac River to Calvert County, Md. where in 1745 he witnessed the will of Richard Fryer. It looks like Patrick Trail may be another unknown son of David Trail.
