Elizabeth Trayell 1700's Maryland

Catherine Ackerman married John Hahn in 1794 at Baltimore.
Catherine was the daughter of an Elizabeth Trayell. Catherine was born abt. 1776 so I guesstimate Elizabeth Trayell was born abt. 1750. Elizabeth is listed as having no husband or partner so she follows the trend at Baltimore of Trail women having children out of wedlock(Mary Trell convicted of bastardy abt. 1740). I suspect Elizabeth maybe a sibling or mother to Joshua Tryale of 1790 census at Baltimore and possible sibling of George Troyal also George Tryall who was a mariner who fought in the Revolution of 1776 and I suspect the same George Tryal who was residing at Soldiers Delight Hundred of Baltimore in 1763.
