I wanted to correct myself here,Katherine Parker of 1712 record ,name appearing next to David Trayle, payment left from Henry Gutareg(Goodricke). Katherine Parker was the wife of George Parker whose will was proved at Calvert County in 1688. George Parker Sr. was the son of William Parker who was at Maryland almost from the beginning but apparently returned to England late in life and died there. George Parker Sr. d. 1688 and Katherine had a son ,among others,William Parker who was left a vast estate in Ann Arundel County. They also had a daughter who married Francis Buxton father of George Buxton. I would think that a large red flag should be raised here when considering Robert Trail and William Parker of Philadelphia, partners of the sloop "Hester and Jane". David Trayle's name next to Katherine Parker, the mother of a William Parker in Prince Georges county record seems a bit more than coincidence. George Parker Sr. d.1688 also had a brother ,William Parker Jr.
