Also appearing in this record of 1671 and requesting a patent with Mary and John Trayle is James Wahope. In 1685 Thomas Wahop patented a 300 acre tract in New Scotland Hundred on the north side of the Anacostia nare' a stones throw from "David's Industry". Also Archibald Wahop was an overseer near Port Tobacco Creek,Charles County Md. in 1681. At some point I would like to view the entire record on this matter if possible.
