Henry Soloman Trailof 33 Lower Brook St, London, died in London, onthe 15th day of Feb 1835.
He had made a will dated 10 August 1832, and added a codicil dated 13 June 1833.
Probate was granted to John Studholme Brownrigg andJames Cosmo Melvill in the Perogative Court of Canterbury on the 19th day of March 1835. Unfortunatey theExecutors were deceased by 1887 and no trace of the probate can be found.
On 29 Jan 1887 at Edinburgh an inventory of Henry Trail'spersonal estate was presented by George Munro Thomson, WS, stating that Henry S Trail, had died insolvent.
In the schedule of debts, Henry Trail owed to Sir Charles Cockerill,and other trustees acting under the Marriage settlement dated 3 March 1790,between the deceased and his wifeconform to a personal Bond dated 18 Mar 1828 of £51075 .
