Speaking of Lt. Col. James Trail of Tullochin and his time in Parliament, there is record there where James appears on a commitee list with Maj. Waring who was apparently a contemporary of James' in there Parliamentary careers. I then have to point to the purchase of "David's Industry" by David Trail Sr. in 1720 where Basil Waring witnessed this deed. This Waring family was headed by Sampson Waring who arrived at Lower Norfolk Virginia during the reign of Cromwell.
