I am kinda excited because Alex or Alexandra there was an interview done with him when he was 104 years old I am looking at a copy of it now it has a picture of him and one of his sons My Uncle Nick Duhon, Alex was said to live to 119 or so I will see if I can get a Death Cert the reason they found him his birth Cert was found in New Iberia somewhere. yes Alphonsine was one of his 17 to have fatherd he was a slave I am sure at birth. I hope to find Alphonse family he was also said to have had a sister her name was Ada I don,t know the proper spelling. I sure do thank you I live in Ft. Worth I grew up in Fenton La rice, rice, and more rice. Bonsoir Mr. Conover and I fish a lot my name on the Texas fishing Forum under Crappie is Sac-Lait-Pat when I go home I will look you up if you want plenty of filets I have beaucoup to give you for your trouble Ma sha.
