Trahans are also of Welsh ancestry?

I wish to correct the post name here to 'Re: Trahans are also of Welsh ancestry?' as I had included an exclamation point on the end of the title of the original post. This is more question than answer, but I am EXCITED about the possibilities here!
About the Rouen connection from Wales?? Does anyone know more about that connection in the 11th or 12th century? I have an image of the Traehaern coat of arms from Welsh antiquity that bears 3 white fleur de lis on a black crest- This appears in antiquity from the Traehaern family in Wales, that ended up migrating to Rouen, France with a variation of our current surname's spelling. This seems to precede 1200 A.D.
Anything anyone could contribute would be appreciated! - Fabian Pierre Trahan
