I have a photograph with the following note attached: Given to my great-grandmother Heindel by my father, Gurney E. Miller, sometime before 1902. Next owner, my grandmother, Emma Heindel Miller, next my mother Ethel Grader Miller, next me--Mary Lugene Miller Walters." The photograph shows a family group: father, mother, child of about six, and baby. Likely identification is Gurney Miller, Ethel Miller, unknown child, and baby Mary Lugene Miller, who married Walters and died in 1985.
