Welcome to the descendants of Bezaleel Tracy. Father was also Bazeleel Tracy, Born sometime between 1730 & 1759. Wife Kesian Merriman, daughter of William Merriman. she was born about 1759 in Baltimore county, Maryland.
Bezaleel and Kesian had 5 children: 1. George B. Abt. 1777, Married Leah McCoy. 2. Bezaleel Jr.(your inquiry) 3. Henry B.Abt. 1780 Married Mary Bush.
4. Catherine B. 8 Mar. 1795, Married James Numbers. 5. Elizabeth B. 1802, I don't have who she married.
I am descended through Bezaleel and Mary Furst through their son Jacob who was my 2nd Great grandfather. I have quite a lot of information on the families of Tracy & Merriman. I live in the High Sierras of California near Mt. Lassen. I am an archaeologist. I know that one of Kesian's brothers served in the Revolutionary War, but didn't know that one of the Tracys did also. Which one? I could also join the DAR as I am descended through my grandfather (Kaylor/Metz)from a grandfather (Jacob Metz) who drove a supply wagon(7thbatalion, 8th Company) during that war . My grandmother was a Tracy.
