Their children were:

Catherine Margaret, born 11 Jan. 1816.
Susan Hester, born 23 Dec., 1818
Helen Alvord, born 4 Aug., 1823.

GARDNER'S PARENTS and siblings:

JARED TRACY, born 10 Oct. 1741, at Norwich, Conn., eldest son of Capt. Joseph and Anna Hinkley. He married 20 Oct., 1765, Margaret Grant of Norwich, where they settled. He was a justice of the peace, commissary of supplies for the American army during the seige of Boston, and a member of the legislature. He died 25 Dec. 1790 at Demera, W. I. (West Indies), where he was a merchant and shipmaster.

Their children were:

William Gidney (spelled Gedney here in Oneida Co. records), born 15 Nov., 1768.

Joseph Winslow, born 9 March, 1773.
Gardner, born 23 Feb., 1777.
James Grant, born 6 March, 1781.
Sarah, born 10 Feb., 1769; died, unmarr., 1838.

Margaret, born 28 July, 1782; died 1 Aug., 1782.
Margaret, born 19 Dec., 1783.

If I find more, I'll let you know!

Carol
