Looking for information on Miss Wegia H. H. Tracy.
She was a suffragette in Winchester in 1919, as was Annie C. Nowell, and Mary E. Allen - all admired Mrs. Lydia L. Blood, who had recently passed away - and they were members of the Equal Suffrage Club.
Wegia may have been born in 1894 in Omaha, Nebraska. She may have died after 1941.
