I have a samuel cuming tozer, with a brother robert tozer.
However both were born in Plymouth England, both married in Plymouth area, but I can find no record of their deaths. So it is possible that they may have emigrated.
robert was born 1856, married 1881 to emily and was a commercial traveller.
samuel was born 1845, married 1870, to barbara jane, he was a clerk. I don't think samuel emigrated as his daughter was born and married in England. But if robert had emigrated, samuel may have 'sorted out his affairs' which could explain why there is no trace of him over there. I have no record of any children for robert.
