I am seeking any information on the Gideon TOwnzen/Tounzen family. I am especially interested in his son Francis Monroe who supposedly died in 1878-1880 after leaving MO with family to go to Texas. Widow is listed with Gideon in 1880 Clay Co. Ark census. Interested also in "ethnicity" of this family, possible Native American (?)
I believe I have already contacted everyone that has posted here, but just in case another new Townzen researcher pops up or if any you others might have new info, please contact me!
