Do not recall if we have previously exchanged. Re your TOWNSLEY family of PA/KY/Greene Co OH. I have ANDERSON family that double connects to TOWNSLEY of Greene Co.
1) Widower Samuel TOWNSLEY (poss 1795-1853 - per WC file was son of John Townsley b1753 m Ester MARTIN in Cumberland Co PA) in 1843 m Elizabeth ANDERSON bca1823. Children unknown. I have Sam early settler Greene Co OH from KY of PA family and first wife was Elizabeth JACKSON.
2) Jane TOWNSLEY (b1825 - dau above Sam Townsley/Elizabeth Jackson) in 1844 married Samuel ANDERSON (1818-1869 - brother above Elizabeth Anderson Townsley) farmed near Cedarville OH and had at least two children.
Looking for descendants these two ANDERSON - TOWNSLEY marriages for leads to earlier history this ancestor ANDERSON family. Enjoy discussing/sharing. Thanks. Bill
