I'm looking for info on the parents and family of Frances Ophelia Townsend (Townson). She was born Oct 1861 in Georgia.

According to records, two marriages took place on 23 Oct 1881 in Marshall County Alabama, both officiated by J T Perry at John W Townsend's residence: Frances Townsend married Jasper Franklin Wooten and Minerva Townsend married William H Brooks.

John W Townsend was also the Justice of the Peace in Marshall County at the time.

I've checked the available 1870 and 1880 census records but haven't been able to locate the family.

I would greatly appreciate any info that can be shared.
