Hi Rita--Long time no hear from you! Yes, William Lawrence Towns was the one who stayed behind while everyone else left for "greener pastures". I have heard from Philip Towns-very nice guy, and was invited last fall to the Towns family reunion in Ruston, LA. It usually is in late September. I couldn't make it last fall but would really like to make it this year. I haven't done anything with our family genealogy for awhile but intend to start up again soon. Will try and get you an e-mail address so you can attend.
