My Great Granddaddy is William Lawrence Towns--son of James Daniel Towns Sr. and Rebecca Ann Marsh--He is the only son that stayed in Georgia when the rest of the family moved to Louisiana. So our branch lives in Ga.A distant cousin knocked on our door and introduced himself after this we met the Louiaiana Branches--They did a lot of research and gave us a copy for our family. They do have a reunion for all branches in the fall.When they contact me about the date I will post the information.
