My suggestion is join the Towne Family Association if you aren't alread a member. Dues are low - maybe $15 per year and you get a quarterly newsletter (About Towne). Lots of excellent Towne researchers provide articles and can maybe help you.
If you google Towne Family Association, you should find the information you need to join.
Your family is listed in a 2007 article with last name spelled TOWNS. I don't believe that descendants were listed for Andrew Elijah or any his descendants, however.
