I am in the process of entering my "family tree" which will include information about Thomas Towers of Alexandria, VA. I traced my father, Irving Lewis Towers, eldest son of David Irving Towers, back to Thomas. I also am in the process of indexing my master's thesis entitled "Pathways in Life Through Time: The Towers Family and Washington, D.C., 1792-1915" and plan to send it to the Library of Congress and some genealogical collections for inclusion. Interestingly, this particular line of the Towers family arrived at the time of Washington's settlement until the 20th century.
