There was a George Washington Towers who was born in Milltown, Charlotte County, New Brunswick, and removed to Driftwood, Cameron County, Pennsylvania in the late 1800's. Apparently, among other things, he was the local Constable for some time. If there is any indication of where the photograph was taken, or if this inadequate biography offers any clues, I might be interested in this photograph.

Kindest regards,

Bruce Towers
Prospect, CT
