Hey I'm 14 and from The Rio Grande Valley in Texas. Ever since I was little I've been fasinated about my family. I'm very proud of my heritage and hope the other Tovars are too. My Dad's name is Elias Tovar and Grandfather was I think Jose Tovar. Email me if you think we might be related.
