Hello all, My name is Raul Arturo Tovar. My fathers name is Raul Vargas Tovar. He has an older brother by the name of Pablo Tovar and a sister Irene Tovar. My grandfathers name is Pablo Tovar. We are originally from Zacatecas. Most of my family lives in Tijuana while the others live in San Diego.
