Marie-Therese Rosalie Toussaint

I am looking for any infor mation on Marie-Therese Rosalie Toussaint. She is my GGGGGrandmother. She was married to Antoine Joseph Colard. I do not know if she had any other children then my GGGGrandfather Eugene Colard. He was born on October 5th, 1829. I can only assume that Marie-Therese must have been born in the late 1700's or early 1800's. Most of this side of my family was from Belgium, or France. I would appreciate any information on the Toussaint's, their origins, and if anyone may know this name. I havealso heard that orphan children in France were named after saints and then given the last name Toussaint. Could it be her real name was Rosalie, and Marie-Therese was added, as well as Toussaint? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
