Hi!

I think I have something that might be of a great interest for you. Jeanne Toussaint was apparently a "Fille-du-Roi" (King's Daughter) whom were a group of young single poor women (Orphans? Might be) sent to New-France by Louis XIV to get maried to eager young colonist.
