My mother said that my great grandmother's mother was Bridget Loughery. Iam not sure if your's is the right Bridget but my great grandmother's name was also Bridget, I am not sure of her past but my grandmother was Mary R. McGlynn and in 1920 Bridget who was married to Hugh Corrigan (born in NYC) Bridget was 62 at the 1920 cenus which means she would have been born about 1858. My grandmother lived in Port Richmond on Oakdale Street next door to her mother Bridget. The census says that Bridget came from Northern Ireland. It's been said that Bridget (my great grandmother) was married two or more times with 23 children, 5 still living in 1920, one my gradmother. Still trying to connect the dots. If any of this seems familiar please let me know. There was someone by the name of Ellen and Annie who was part of the family.
