Liz,

What wonderful sifting and sorting...I was becoming more and more confused! I think you are correct. I realized that there was no relationship stated between the Peter and John, lodgers, but was struck by the seeming coincidence by both being in the same house and the occupation of John as it related to the same as Alexander, witness to the wedding of Peter and Ann. And, I had found the marriage between Charlotte and John Tough and the age seemed right...and once again...coincidence!? You pulled everything together...Peter died in Yorkshire, Skipton Work House...Ann Keith died in Sunderland and she is buried in Bishopwearmouth Cemetery. I have asked for a photograph...as soon as I get it of her headstone...will get a copy to you...

Will write more later...off and running. School begins in another week!!

Sharon
