I believe Mima Tugaw is daughter of Abraham Tugaw and Delphine Tremblay. As Christine's post indicates the family lived in Oshkosh, Wisconsin for several years. Abraham Tugaw appears to have died between 1908 and 1912; Delphine continued to reside in Oshkosh until about 1930 when she moved to Milwaukee to live with Mima and Earl Dyer (see 1930 census record). The Dyers and Delphine Tugaw died in Florida (see Florida death index available from Ancestry.com).

I have run into brick walls trying to track the Tugaw family past Abraham but believe it likely Abraham's mother was Nancy Castony (Castonie, Castone) who died as Nancy Demming in Oshkosh in the early 1900's.

My interest in the family is the Tremblay connection.
