Saw on a Family Tree that Robert R Torbet and Martha J Donnelly were married in 1944 in Dyersburg TN. Would think it is possible that he was stationed at the Halls TN (near Dyersburg) Air Base. Just an idea. This tree contains the children's names, all born in Ann Arbor, so must be the Robert Reed Torbet who was in Hendersonville NC, as obituary was in Ann Arbor News.
