I've obtained this (undocumented) line of descent for Tapping Reeve. Since he obviously knew how to spell, he presumably spelled his name correctly in spelling his own name, so I'm showing Tapping back a generation or two. I'm now in doubt as to whether he was a US Supreme Court Justice or a State Supreme Court Justice (Conn?). Anyone know for sure? Thanks for your support.
