Descendant by his daughter Sarah Topliff (March 26 1639) -who married David Jones.
David Jones to David Jones Jr. to David Jones Jr. to Sarah Jones who married Henry Scott in Yarmouth Maine in 1807 to Henry M Scott to Henry Charles Henry Scott to Sarah Scott who married Joseph A. Connolly of Portland Maine to Owen Connolly & Dorothy Connolly (parents)

Clement Topiffe (b 1603 in England) was aherdsman and farmer; freeman of Dorchester by 1640; a Puritan; and he is a signer of the Thompson's Island Agreement which donated that island (near present Roxbury, Mass.) to the town of Rochester for school
purposes.
Wife Sarah lived to 1693; he died 1672 age 69 years; they are buried at Stoughton Street Cemetery at Columbia Road in Dorchester [Boston] Children:Jonathan b. 1637; Sarah 1639 (married David Jones); Obedience b. 1642 (married David Cope [Copp?];Samuel b. 1646; Patience (m 1667 -David Homes)
Will dated 26 Jan 1666 probated 1672; Beq. to wife Sarah; ch: Samuel, Daid Jones, David Cope; Patience Topliff.
