Hoping someone can help me. My ggg Grandfather was James Bent, he married Maria Toomey in 1838 in NSW. She was the daughter of Thomas Toomey and Maria Durack. They came out to Australia from County Clare as free immigrants on the Duchess of Northumberland arriving Sydney 3/10/1836. Not sure if any other children also came. Thanks.
