This is more info on the Theodore Sanford mentioned in his response... Theodore mentioned at the end of this info was 14 years of age in 1925 so his DoB would be about 1911..
1.Estate papers for Alvin Toole found in Aiken Co. Courthouse, Probate Judge's office,in Aiken, SC.Recorded in Estae Book B.Papers are filed in Box 420 #20 and are alvailable on microfiche.The Following info was taken from these papers:
a.) Alvin Toole, late of Aiken County, Sc. died intestate.
b.) On June 27, 1925 Mrs. Laura Toole filed petition to settle the estate.
c.) Laura was made Adminx of the estate.
d.) On June 27, 1925 Mrs. Laura Toole and Eula Toole filed an Administration Bond in the amount of $100.
e.) On June 27, 1925 an inventory was order to be presented on or before 27 July 1925.This was not found in file.
f.) No heirs were listed in any of these papers.
2.Alvin Toole is listed in Probate papers for the settlement of his father's estate (in 1925).These papers (also in Aiken Co. SC. courthouse (filed in Box 421 #1) state that Alvin died on November 26, 1922 and left a widow and six children.Those children and their age in 1925 were listed as follows:
Elsie Toole Hill, 16; Theodore, 14; Irene, 12; Eulalie, 5; Curtis, 4; James Langdon, 2.
