My grandfather,grandmother,and aunt came to
America in the 1900's and my father was born
in 1921.They all came from what was Austria,
and became czechoslovakia, with as best as
any family member can tell me a area near the
Austria/Czech border.They lived in Donora,
Pennsylvania,and my father Andrew Stephen
Tomko along with his Sister Elizabeth Tomko
Lucas were the only children from this side
of the family. It is probable that my grandfather had brothers and sisters who
came over also, but I am unsure of this info.
My mothers side of the family I have already
traced and her sides names were Bruno&Kica.
I believe my Tomko root came from the
Vychodecesky area
