Elizabeth "Betty" (Tomko) Paszkewicz, 85, of Perth Amboy, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2008, at home.

Born in Manville, she lived in Perth Amboy for the past 60 years.

She was a communicant of Holy Trinity R.C. Church and a member of their Altar Rosary Society and Senior Citizens. She retired from Ronson Corporation in 1985.

Betty was predeceased by a husband, Stanley Paszkewicz, who died in 1951.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Many wonderful memories of her will be cherished by three children, Janice Grover and her husband, Bill, Maryann Bigos and her husband, Robert, and Kenneth Paszkewicz and his wife, Donna, as well as seven grandchildren, Dan Grover, Cheryl Edmonds and her husband, Daniel, Greg Grover and his wife, Marsha, Karyn Navarro and her husband, Alex, Jesse, Jason, and Kenneth Paszkewicz Jr. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, Brianna and Alexa Edmonds and Preston Grover.

They will begin to leave at 10:30 a.m. Monday, from Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, for an 11 a.m. Funeral Mass at Holy Trinity Church. Burial will be at the Church Cemetery. Visiting Hours will be from 1 p.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. Donations to the Surfer's Healing Autism Foundation.
