I am looking for any info on the Tomers of Kentucky, specifically George Henry Tomer and his wife Francis "Fannie" Emma Mattingly. Her parents were Robert Mattingly and Sarah Hulce, who was supposedly a Cherokee.
George and Fannie lived in Stephensport, Breckenridge County of KY, where they had twelve children. If you have any info, please contact me.
