Kristin, I have seen only Tomassetti on civil documents from Collepietro from the 1800's and Tommasetti on baptism records (in Latin) also from Collepietro. The spelling of some names were changed in the US. For instance, my DiLucca grandfather was di Luca or Di Luca in Collepietro (civil documents) and the priest wrote de Luca or De Luca on church documents.
