As far as I've been able to discern, Caleb's family is ot
connected to mine however my William Tolleson born ca 1787, SC, evidently resided in TN during the time of the birth of
his first 4 children - at least according to al of the census for them. I've yet to ascertain which county they resided in however a Erasmus Tolleson Jr & Sr. lived in
TN about 1815 when the tax list for Bledsoe Co, TN was
used to take place of a census - don't remember whether it
was 1810 or 1820. From the later census records, it would appear that my William lived in TN from 1814 to 1823 so why can't I find him. Have you ever learned who Caleb, Sr's parents were? Let's do share
