Anne:
Sorry it has taken so long to respond to your e-mail. Now that the holiday season is over I'm finally catching up on everything. I would very much enjoy hearing about your family and its descendents. Most of what I know about the Tolin family is based on information from the history of franklin township here in Indianapolis. This info as you may have seen in your research traces the Tolin family back to about 1780 when James Tolin was born near Wheeling, west Virginia. What I have is pretty much the descendents of jacob Tolin through his son James M.and Helen Cress. Does your research go back any further then James and Nancy Maxwell Tolin? I would enjoy hearing from you again and about your "Tolin" family history.
Steve Tolin
