I note that Peggy Wise seems to come from the same line of the family as you do. She links Robert Todd b 1797 to William Todd b 1756 and links them to Washington Co PA. She has incorrectly linked her William Todd to the William Todd of Bedford Co PA - the latter being kin to Mary Todd Lincoln - who died in 1795 in Bedford Co.

I saw your Todd family info on the Laurens, SC website.
The only new info I have on my William Todd 1756-1852 and his brother Archibald 1763-1852 is more names for William 1756-1852's children, they were:
1. Elizabeth Todd 1795-1828 wife of William Auld
2. Robert Todd 1797-1882 husband of Martha Auld 1800-1870 who married 1824 in Harrison Co., Ohio, my ancestors
3. Isabel Todd who married James McMillen
4.John Alexander 1809-1877 who married Mary Love
I do think that William Todd 1756-1852 who I believe was born in Ireland, as was his brother Archibald Todd 1763-1852 who lived in Belmont Co., Ohio. Harrison and Belmont Co., Ohio are side by side. My William Todd 1756-1852 was in the Bedford Co., PA Militia in the Rev. War.
William and Archibald are in Washington Co., PA in 1790. William has no wife when he comes to Harrison Co., Ohio about 1818 but is in his 60's and brings 4 children with him to Ohio, the youngest one that comes to Ohio is born in 1795. There is a possibility that William had children that stayed in PA. William's wife may have been named Isabel, the name carried on in his children. I also believe that Archibald Todd who also came to Ohio about 1818 had his second wife who is buried with him, she was Nancy 1774-1844. Archibald, Nancy, William and William's grandson William Todd 1828-1915's wife Margaret Ann Mansfield Todd 1832-1858 are all buried at Nottingham Cemetery in Harrison Co., Ohio.
The reason I say this is that Archibald did not have a son named Archibald when he came to Ohio. Archibald Todd 1763-1852 researchers that I have talked to tell me that Archibald was worried about carrying on the name of Archibald Todd. Why no son Archibald Todd???
Why was he worried?
In looking at the 1840 census for Nottingham Twp, Harrison Co OH there is an Alexander Todd b 1809 Pennsylvania and on the same page of the census is a William Todd aged 84 listed as a Revolutionary Soldier or Pensioner. It is not clear to me why Archibald Todd in Belmont Co is considered to be a brother to this Wiliam in Harrison Co.
